Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product (Consumer Protection Law).

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Defective items are eligible for exchange within 30 days at no extra cost.

Return shipping costs due to remorse are the customer’s responsibility. For defective products, Aura covers all costs.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after product inspection.
